Jason attributes his “passion for seniors” to an incredible relationship he shared with his grandparents during his childhood. Jason has worked in the Senior Care industry since 1997.
Jason and his wife, Aundrea, are very active in their church and the lives of their 4 children. Jason’s extracurricular activities include coaching his children’s’ sports teams, watching his children’s’ sporting events, and hunting (sometimes with his children).
Samantha moved to Augusta in 1996 where she obtained her Georgia and South Carolina real estate licenses and developed her love of finding the perfect home for her clients. After years of selling homes to retirees at Fripp Island, Samantha returned to Augusta in 2010 and transitioned her sales and marketing skills into the Senior Living field.
In addition to giving tours of Cumberland Village to prospective residents, Samantha is very active in the Aiken and Augusta communities at health fairs, chamber events and other community happenings. Samantha enjoys traveling, boating on the Savannah River and cooking with her husband, Billy and Shih Tzu Isabella in her time off.
Her career in sales began in 2005 with positions with Hitchcock Healthcare, Clinical Specialties Compounding Pharmacy and Right At Home. In 2010, Kim joined the Cumberland Village team. She, her husband and 2 children have lived in Aiken since 1999. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at church and exercising.
